Today we had constable Neil come in and taught us how to defend ourselves and hep us with ourselves and to walk away and say Stop it I dont like it and we had to get up and be embarrased while he annoyed us and made fun of us
It was a fun session and i really enjoyed it

Good instructions
Today we are carrying on about our good instructions and here is what they are
Detail-What it is.
Prescise language-Things they are the same or close to being the same.
Descriptive words-Big, little etc.
Directionality words- Showing you what to do and how to do it.
Appropriate verbs-Run step jump walk.
Consider audience-Kids/adults
We had to trust each other when we were walking through hula hoops, Around cones, Walking in skipping ropes and Jumping over hurdles WITH our eyes Closed!!!
We kept on tripping each other up :)
